Jane Myers is the director of the Falcon Club, which is responsible for raising annual scholarship dollars for the Falcons' 18 sport program. Under her direction, the Falcon Club has increased the amount of funds raised and enjoyed tremendous gains in membership. Many projects have flourished under her direction including the Falcon Club Auctions and BiG Event, the Hockey Renovation project. and the Lloyd Challenge for the Sebo Athletic Center. Although taking her current job in 1997, Myers has been associated with BGSU since 1988, when she began her service in the Office of Admissions. Myers was no stranger to the Falcon Club, having served as its president in 1994-95 and having twice served terms as vice-president and fund drive chairperson. She has a master's degree from BGSU in guidance and counseling and a bachelor's degree in liberal studies. She currently serves as a vice president of the National Association of Athletic Development Directors. Myers has three children, Nicholas, a former letterman for the Falcon golf team and PGA club professional at Inverness, Meredith Moon, who is a teacher and Patrick, an assistant golf professional. |
