Men's Soccer Spring Competition Schedule Set

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - The men's soccer Falcons have announced they will play seven spring opponents




Spring Schedule
3/30 - Sigma Academy (Canada) & UW Parkside
4/2 - Tiffin
4/5 - at Dayton // Cincinnati & Dayton
4/12 - Xavier
4/16 - Michigan State


as they train in the off-season.

On March 30, Sigma Academy (Canada) and UW-Park side will make an appearance at Mickey Cochrane Field for a tri-team scrimmage. Three days later (Apr. 2) Tiffin will visit the Falcons for an afternoon match.

The team will remain busy as they travel to Dayton, Ohio to face the University of Cincinnati and the University of Dayton on April 5, 2008.

After a week's rest from competition, Xavier (Apr. 12) and Michigan State (Apr. 16) will close the spring schedule.

Of the Falcons' spring opponents, MSU finished the regular season ranked #9 in the Great Lakes region by the NSCAA/adidas poll. The Spartans were also receiving votes in the national poll before the College Cup tournament. From the Mid-Atlantic Region, Dayton was ranked #9 also.
