2008: Had a season best jump of 18-07.75 in the long jump at the Toledo Invitational, finishing first ... Had a mark of 18-07.00 in the long jump at the MAC Championships, finishing fifth ... Had a best jump of 5.50 meters in the long jump at the MAC Championships, finishing 12th in the indoor season ... Had a jump of 5.48 meters in the long jump at the BGSU Challenge, finishing second ... She had a season best 17-09.50 in the long jump at the Hillsdale Relays. 2005: After sitting out the 2004 season due to injury, Sefcik returned and had a season best jump of 4.66m in the long jump at the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational. 2004: Sefcik spent the 2004 indoor and outdoor seasons recovering from an ACL tearHigh School: Fourth place finish in the long jump with a distance of 18'7"...third place Division I State meet long jump of 18'3".
