Looking Back at Last Year
Last season the Rockets and Falcons met once head-to-head resulting in a Bowling Green win of 157-142. Against Toledo Daisy Platts dominated the 100 Meter events notching wins in both the freestyle (52.46) and backstroke (55.00) events. Divers Zoe Smith (231.45) and Grace Ellis (225.00) finished first and second in the 1-Meter Dive helping to secure a Falcon win.
Falcons to Watch
This will be Daisy Platts' first event after breaking the school and Magnus Cup record for the 100-Meter backstroke with a time of 52.75 seconds. Platts also set the Magnus Cup record for the 200-Meter backstroke (1:55.01) further continuing her stellar collegiate career. Grace Ellis also looks to keep her momentum rolling from last weekend's Buffalo Dive Invite where she finished in the top 10 in both the 1-Meter (8th – 239.25) and 3-Meter (6th – 248.35) dives.
