Keith Named MAC East Special Teams Player of the Week

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – Bowling Green kick returner Ta'ron Keith was named Mid-American Conference East Special Teams Player of the Week for games played through Sunday, Nov. 6. It is the first career weekly accolade for Keith.
Keith (So., DeLand, Fla.) made a career-long 83-yard kick return against Western Michigan that set up what ended up being BGSU's game-winning touchdown. BGSU didn't score again in the 13-9 win. It marked the 16th time in program history, and the first since 2011, that BGSU won a game with 13 or fewer points. Keith finished with two returns for 102 yards.
Bowling Green returns to action on Wednesday against Kent State at Doyt Perry Stadium. The game will kick off at 7 p.m.
