Stade was the 532 overall pick and continues a streak of three consecutive seasons a Falcon has been drafted. Prior to Hallock, the single-season high for the Falcons was five Academic All-MAC recipients, hitting the mark in both 2018 and 2019. A similar sequence followed in the seventh with the Falcons knotting it up only for Ball State to again find a response and reclaim the edge, leading to a 6-3 final.
