2012

Played in all 19 games, starting 13 ... after coming off the bench in each of the first six matches of the year, was in the starting lineup for the Illinois State match (Sept. 14), and remained there for the rest of the season ... started all 11 MAC matches, playing all 90 minutes in three conference games and all 110 minutes of the double-overtime draw vs. Kent State (Sept. 23) ... hit the crossbar with a shot against Ball State (Oct. 19).

2011

Played in all 20 matches, making 14 starts ... first collegiate start came in the Michigan State game on Sept. 9 ... started each of the next three contests, including the Youngstown State match (Sept. 11) in which she played all 90 minutes ... came off the bench for the Falcons' contest vs. Valparaiso (Sept. 18), and then returned to the starting lineup for the MAC opener at Buffalo (Sept. 23) ... started all 11 conference matches ... played all 90 minutes four times and played all 94 minutes in the overtime contest at Kent State (Sept. 25) ... did not register a point ... had five shot attempts on the season ... wore uniform #3 as a freshman.

Ashley Marie Garr was born on Oct. 22, 1993, in Philadelphia, Pa. ... a health science major at BGSU ... daughter of Dave and Christina Garr ... the third of four children ... has an older brother, an older sister and a younger brother ... older brother, David, played soccer at Albion College ... sister, Kristi, was on the women’s wrestling team at Oklahoma City University and was a four-time All-American ... was inducted into the Ohio Xi Chapter of the National College Athlete Honor Society, Chi Alpha Sigma, at the BGSU Athletics Honors Night in April of 2014 ... played club ball with the Michigan Hawks, helping the team to numerous state championships ... Hawks also have competed in National League play and won the Midwest Regional League at the U15 level.
