Bowling Green, Ohio – The Bowling Green State University Department of Athletics has announced that tickets for the Mid-American Conference Tournament in Cleveland for women's basketball are now on sale through the BGSU Ticket Office.
Tickets are $10 per round, beginning with the MAC Tournament semifinals on March 14 at noon and the championship game taking place March 15 at 1 pm. Fans will not be charged for tickets for rounds in which the team(s) do not advance to compete in.
By virtue of a 17-1 MAC record, the BGSU women's team has earned the No. 1 overall seed and an automatic trip to the MAC Tournament semifinals.
Tickets can be ordered by returning the ticket order form to the BGSU Athletic Ticket Office (details on the form) by March 13. No tickets will be mailed out but all tickets can be picked up at Bowling Green's Will Call at Quicken Loans Arena, located at the northeast entrance at Huron and 6th Street.
As well, fan buses will be available for all rounds in Cleveland in which the BGSU women's basketball team is competing. The cost will be $20 for Falcon Club members and $30 for non-members each day. Buses will depart at 8:00 a.m. for the women's game Friday. Saturday, should the women advance to the finals, the bus will depart at 9:00 a.m. The bus will depart from Sebo Center Lot L and drop off each day at the Alumni Pre-Game Event at City Tap. Pick up following the game will be outside the main gate of the Q (corner of Huron and Ontario) departing no more than 30 minutes following the game. A minimum number of fans is needed each day to send a fan bus. If the minimum is not met, fans will be contacted at least one day in advance about the cancellation and will not be charged.?
The BGSU Alumni Association will be holding FREE pregame events at City Tap for the semifinal and championship days (as long as a BGSU team is competing).
