Lewis Wins IronMan Of The Week

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio -- In voting by Bowling Green fans, freshman wide reiever Roger Lewis earned the Iron Workers 55 Ironman of the Game award for his performance against VMI last Saturday.
The true freshman wide receiver caught six passes for a game-high 140 yards. In the fourth quarter, Lewis hauled in a 51-yard touchdown pass from James Knapke to put the Orange and Brown ahead, 48-7. The touchdown was Lewis' first as a Falcon.
Lewis beat out Knapke, Paul Senn, and Ryan Burbrink for this week's award. BGSU welcomes Indiana to Doyt L. Perry Stadium Saturday at noon. The game can also be viewed on ESPNU. Following the game, fans will again have the opportunity to vote for the Ironman of the Game by going to BGSUFalcons.com/Ironman.
