2014-15 (Redshirt Freshman): Named to the WCHA All-Rookie Team … Impact defenseman who played a key role on the second-ranked penalty kill unit in the country … Posted two goals and tied for team-high honors with 17 assists … Tied for seventh in the WCHA among defensemen in points, as well as tied for seventh among freshmen … Third on the team with 37 blocks, twice recording three in a game … Had six assists in the first four games of the season, including two in each contest of a two-game set with Miami … Tied for a team-best seven assists on the power play … Also had two assists in a 4-1 win at Robert Morris … Picked up both of his goals in one game at Bemidji State … Assisted on goals in both games of the Falcons’ sweep of Northern Michigan in the WCHA First Round … Had a career-high six shots in a 3-2 game one victory over Northern Michigan.

Prior to BGSU: Played for the Chicago Steel (USHL) in 2012-13 … Tallied three goals and five assists for eight points as a defenseman … Also played hockey and lacrosse at Novi High School … Lettered four times for the Wildcats in high school … Served as the team captain in 2011, where the Wildcats went on to win the 2011 MHSAA Division I State Championship … Honored as first team All-State in the MHSAA in 2011 and 2010 … Accumulated 72 goals and 114 assists (187 points) in 115 games, including a career-best 67 points in his final season at Novi High … Increased his point total in each of his four seasons at Novi High.
