Bowling Green State University sophomore, Drew Preston, a member of the golf team, carded a 78 in round two of the U.S. Amateur Championship. Preston's round two took place at the Cedar Ridge Country Club in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Overall, the Grand Rapids, Mich., native finished in a tie for 143rd out of 311 golfers, finishing with a two-day total of 152 (74-78). Preston missed the cut by four shots.
