BGSU Athletics Clear Bag Mandate - Bowling Green State University Athletics

To ensure the safety of our fans, guests, and student-athletes, Bowling Green State University Athletics has adopted a clear bag mandate. This mandate is designed to enhance venue security, reduce wait times at entry, and provide a safe environment for everyone attending.

These procedures are in place to maintain a safe and efficient entry process while protecting the game-day experience of all in attendance. We appreciate your cooperation in supporting a secure environment for our community, student-athletes, and guests.

Permitted Items

One (1) clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bag not exceeding 12″ × 6″ × 12″.

One (1) one-gallon clear plastic Ziploc-style bag.

One (1) small purse or clutch (maximum size 4.5″ × 6.5″) permitted after inspection in a designated screening lane.

Medical equipment and diaper bags (with Child) permitted after inspection in designated screening lanes.

Non-Permitted Items

All other bags (including backpacks, large purses, totes, camera bags, etc.) are not allowed inside the venue.

Bags not meeting the permitted criteria must be returned to vehicles, as bag check service is not available at entrances.
