Men's Soccer Falcons Announce Spring 2010 Schedule

The Bowling Green State University men's soccer team has announced its spring schedule for 2010. The Falcons of head coach Eric Nichols will have six total dates, including three at home and three away, playing a variety of teams from the Midwest.

"We are looking forward to our spring schedule," said Nichols. "We will have a lot of competition for spots in the fall, and these games are great opportunities for guys to show what they can do."

The Falcons begin the schedule with a trip to Cleveland State on Friday, March 26. BGSU returns to Northwest Ohio to play host Findlay on Sunday afternoon, March 28.

BG heads to Cincinnati to face Xavier on April 9, before hosting their Alumni Game one week later. After a midweek trip to IPFW (Wednesday, April 21), the Brown and Orange will play home matches vs. both Ohio Dominican and Cincinnati State on Sunday, April 25.

Nichols and assistant coach Paul Habrecht lose the services of six seniors – Tyler Deal, Gavin Dozier, Chuko Evwaraye, Cameron Hepple, Jacob Lawrence and Hunter Van Houten – off of the 2009 squad.

Sunday, April 25 – OHIO DOMINICAN, 1:00 p.m. // CINCINNATI STATE, 2:30 p.m.
