The Bowling Green State University men's golf team carded a 36-hole score of 606 (299-307) to sit in a tie for fourth among the 14 team field at the Rutherford Intercollegiate.
Drew Preston is the top Falcon, scoring a 149 (72-77), to sit in a tie for 10th. A total of 78 golfers are competing this weekend.
John Powers is tied for 17th with a score of 151. The Bowling Green, Ohio, native opened with an even-par 72, followed by a 79 in round two.
Also competing for the Orange and Brown were Matt Schneider (77-76 -- 153, T-24th), Parker Hewit (78-75 -- 153, T-24th) and Wes Gates (81-80 -- 161, T-64th)
The third and final round begins at 10 a.m. on Sunday morning.
