Bojicic and Jones Named Captains for the Remainder of 2011 Season

Ben Bojicic and Chris Jones, two members of the Bowling Green State University football team, have been named captains for the remainder of the 2011 season. The announcement was made on Monday (Oct. 10).
Bojicic, a native of Farmington Hills, Mich., has started 36 games in his career, 33 of them coming at center. The fifth-year senior started the first three games of 2011 at left tackle. Bojicic is a three-time Rimington Award Watch list member, given to the nation's top center, and has been featured by the Rimington Award on its website earlier this year.
Jones, a native of Brownsburg, Ind., has started each of the last 19 games, dating back to the 2009 Humanitarian Bowl versus Idaho. In his career he has 89 tackles, 21.0 tackles for loss, 11.0 sacks and three forced fumbles. In 2011 the junior has 21 tackles and leads the team with 7.5 tackles for loss and 4.0 sacks.
