Day One At The Military Bowl

Senior right tackle Jordon Roussos and junior center David "Chief" Kekuewa will be video blogging their journey to Washington, D.C. and the 2012 Military Bowl. Below is their journey on day one.

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The first day of the 2012 Military Bowl week featured an eight hour bus ride and a welcome reception once the team arrived at the hotel. Six busses departed Doyt Perry Stadium around 8 am, and pulled into the Renaissance Hotel around 6 pm. After putting their bags in their rooms, the team and travel party enjoyed a welcome reception held by the Military Bowl and hotel staffs. Executive Military Bowl Director Steve Beck, Sandra Evers-Manly of Northrup Grumman, and Events DC Sports & Entertainmanet Board Chair Bill Hall were among the speakers.
