Foster Named Ironman of the Game

Bowling Green, Ohio - In voting by Bowling Green's fans, senior defensive back Aaron Foster earned the Iron Workers 55 Ironman of the Game award for the third time after his performance against Northern Illinois in the MAC Championship Game.
Foster had five tackles in the game, but made his biggest mark of the game when he picked off Heisman candidate late in the third quarter and returned it 37 yards into BGSU territory. He also had two pass breakups in the game. The interception was his first career interception.
Foster beat out Matt Johnson, Tyler Tate, and Ted Ouellet for this week's award. BGSU plays Pittsburgh on Dec. 26 in the Little Caesars Pizza Bowl. Following the game, fans will again have the opportunity to vote for the Ironman of the Game by going to BGSUFalcons.com/Ironman.
