STUNT Team Goes 2-0 Versus WVU
March 11, 2013 | General
The Bowling Green State University STUNT team went 2-0 over the weekend versus West Virginia in a double-header contest on Sunday afternoon inside the Stroh Center.
The Falcons opened with a 21-12 win over the Mountaineers and in the second contest pulled out a 29-28 win in a match that saw five overtimes.
“Hosting our first home game at the Stroh today was exciting; especially with all the staff, student, and community supporters who came out to cheer on our STUNT team,” said head coach Anne Marie King. “We are proud of our cheer program and STUNT team. A 2-0 record is a great way to start off our season. We have a lot of work a head of us, but are ready for our challenging schedule this season.”
BGSU will travel on the road March 17 to play Michigan State at 2 p.m.
