Kingston Chats With More Than 400 Falcon Fans

Bowling Green, Ohio - Bowling Green State University Director of Athletics Chris Kingston spent an hour with more than 400 Falcon fans Wednesday evening on a special teleforum. Fans can listen to the chat at the link above.

Season ticket holders and Falcon Club members were invited to join on the chat and ask Kingston questions. He answered approximately 30 questions with topics ranging from how his first month on the job has gone, the strength of the Mid-American Conference in realignment, hockey engagement with the community and his military background.

BGSU Athletics opens the 2013-14 regular season, the first under Kingston's leadership, beginning with a women's soccer match at Cleveland State Sunday at 1 pm. The first home athletic event is the BGSU Football season opener Thursday, Aug. 29 against Tulsa at 7 pm in Doyt Perry Stadium. That game will be televised live nationally on ESPNU.
