October 05, 2015 | Football
Former Bowling Green State University defensive back Jude Adjei-Barimah made his debut for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers this past Sunday against the Carolina Panthers. Adjei-Barimah was signed by Tampa Bay in late July after going undrafted in this year's draft and was promoted from the practice squad to the active roster late last week.
Adjei-Barimah played in all but one game during his career at Bowling Green. He was a reliable member of the Falcon secondary during his time as a Falcon. As a sophomore he led the team with 4 interceptions. In his senior year he recorded a career best 82 tackles, 2 forced fumbles, an interception in the Camellia Bowl, and another career best with 12 deflected passes.
Adjei-Barimah and the Buccaneers will play at home against the Jacksonville Jaguars this weekend before having their bye week the following weekend.
