MAC, Big Ten Announce Seven BGSU Football Kick Times, TV Coverage

Cleveland, Ohio – The Mid-American Conference has announced game times and television selections for six Bowling Green State University football games during the 2017 season. Included among those six games are home contests against South Dakota, Ohio (Homecoming), and Toledo in the Battle of I-75. As well, the Big Ten this afternoon announced that BGSU's season opener at Michigan State will be played at noon on ESPNU.

2017 BGSU FOOTBALL SCHEDULE

Bowling Green's home opener will be Saturday, Sept. 9 against South Dakota and that contest will be played at 6:00 pm, broadcast on ESPN3. BGSU will hold Homecoming on Saturday, Oct. 14, hosting Ohio at 3:30 pm with a 12-day television selection window.

Midweek #MACtion begins for the Falcons on Tuesday, Oct. 31 at Kent State. The game will be played at 7:30 pm or 8:00 pm and will be televised on either ESPN2 or ESPNU. One week later, Bowling Green plays at Buffalo on Nov. 7 for a 7:30 pm game on either ESPN2 or ESPNU.

BGSU will host Toledo for the Battle of I-75 on Wednesday, Nov. 15 at either 7:00 pm or 8:00 pm. That contest will be nationally televised on either ESPN2, ESPNU or CBS Sports Network. Finally, Bowling Green will close the season on Tuesday, Nov. 21 at Eastern Michigan at 7:00 pm. The game will be shown on either ESPNU or ESPN3.

All other home kick times are expected to be announced 12 days prior to the scheduled game.

Season tickets, the best value in the MAC, are on sale now and begin at just $40. Fans can order season tickets online, in-person at the Stroh Center Ticket Office, or by calling 877-BGSU TICKET. Single game tickets go on sale Aug. 1.
