2019 MAC Football Media Day Coming Tuesday

Detroit, Mich. – Bowling Green State University Football Coach Scot Loeffler and student-athletes Andrew Clair and David Konowalski will represent the BGSU Football program Tuesday at Ford Field for the Mid-American Conference's annual Media Day.

The event can be seen on ESPN3 from 11:00 am until 2:30 pm. Loeffler will speak with hosts Michael Reghi and Dustin Fox at approximately 1:01 pm.

BGSU Football opens the Loeffler era Aug. 29 as the Falcons host Morgan State at 7:00 pm. The Falcons host Louisiana Tech for Homecoming Sept. 14 at 5:00 pm and begin the home conference slate against rival Toledo Oct. 12. That game will serve as Family Weekend as well as a celebration of the 100th anniversary of the BGSU Football program.
BGSU also hosts Central Michigan Oct. 19 and Akron Nov. 2 for Senior Night. The Falcons close the home portion of the schedule by hosting Ohio Nov. 19 at 7:30 pm. The 2019 Marathon MAC Football Championship game takes place at Ford Field on Saturday, Dec. 7. Bowling Green has played in half of the last six MAC Championship games, winning the contest in both 2013 and 2015. BGSU has won a total of 12 MAC Championship games.
