Coaches Show Returns Monday Night With Simon, Chmiel For First Show Of 2024

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The weekly "Falcons Nest Coaches Show presented by Fricker's, returns Monday night (Jan. 8) on Falcon Sports Radio Network stations for the first show of the 2024 calendar. Bowling Green men's basketball head coach Todd Simon will join the "Voice of the Falcons" Todd Walker at 6 p.m. for the first half of the show. For the second half, women's basketball head coach Fred Chmiel will join beginning at 6:30 p.m. Fans can watch the show live at the Bowling Green Fricker's.

The men's basketball team is currently 1-1 in conference play with a 10-4 overall record. The Falcons are set to host the Ohio Bobcats at the Stroh Center Tuesday (Jan. 9) for a 7 p.m. tip. The game will be the Welcome Back Party for students returning for the spring semester. BGSU will then take to the road for their next two contests following.
The women's basketball team is off to a 2-0 start to MAC competition with wins over Central Michigan and Western Michigan. The Falcons will continue their trek against directional Michigan schools on Wednesday (Jan. 10), hosting Eastern Michigan for a 7 p.m. tip at the Stroh Center. The game will mark their edition of the Welcome Back Party for students.
