Brandon Palidar Named Associate Head Football Strength & Conditioning Coach

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – Bowling Green head football coach Scot Loeffler has announced that Brandon Palidar has joined the football program as associate head football strength & conditioning coach. Palidar returns to BGSU after spending two-and-a-half years at Miami (OH).
Palidar is a 2018 graduate of Bowling Green State University and from 2016-19 he was a strength and conditioning intern for the Falcons. He was hired after the 2019 football season to be the first assistant for football strength and conditioning and assisted in the design, development, and implementation of training programs. He was also directly responsible for the design and development of strength and conditioning programs for the baseball, golf, gymnastics, swimming and diving teams.
After leaving BGSU, Palidar went to Eastern Kentucky in 2020 as a football sports performance coach. He spent two years with EKU before heading to Oxford as an associate director of football human performance.
Palidar earned a bachelor's of science degree in exercise science from Bowling Green in May of 2018. He completed a master's of science in sports administration from Arkansas State in December 2019. Palidar is Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC) though the CSCCA and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the NSCA.
Palidar is married to the former Christina Lyons and the couple has a daughter, Zoey.
