BOWLING GREEN, Ohio—In conjunction with the release of the 2015 Bowling Green State University football schedule on Friday afternoon, the BGSU Athletic Ticket Office has announced that season tickets are on sale now! Fans can order their season tickets by CLICKING HERE, or can call the BGSU Ticket Office at 877-BGSU-TICKET.
The 2015 BGSU Football schedule features an exciting five-game home slate, including a non-conference game against American Athletic Conference and Miami Beach Bowl champion, Memphis. The home opener against the Tigers will be Bowling Green's annual Family Weekend Game. Homecoming will take place on Oct. 17, when the Orange and Brown welcomes Akron to The Doyt. The home schedule also includes games against arch-rival Toledo (Nov. 17), MAC East foe Ohio (Nov. 4), and UMass (Oct. 10).
Premium Seating At The Doyt
New in 2015, season ticket holders sitting in the premium area (Sections 13 & 15) of the Doyt Perry Stadium seating bowl (west side, in-between the 40-yard lines) will see an adjustment in their season ticket price structure. The season ticket cost will actually decrease over 2014, but a small Falcon Club membership requirement will be added to these season tickets. As a contribution that entitles the donor to purchase tickets, these Falcon Club membership gifts are 80 percent deductible as a charitable contribution for income tax purposes, according to IRS Code, Section 170(l). Consult your tax advisor for more information.
This additional investment goes to directly support our Falcon Club student-athlete support fund, and the ambitious goal we have to fully scholarship all 18 of our teams to the full extent allowed by the NCAA. While we hope our season ticket holders will see this as an investment to provide the best opportunities for educational, athletic, and social growth for the student-athletes who represent Bowling Green State University, we are also adding a parking benefit to Falcon Club membership:
All 2015 BGSU Football season ticket holders who have joined the Falcon Club or renewed their annual membership (minimum of $120) by June 30, 2015 will be guaranteed complimentary game day parking as a benefit of their membership. Parking passes will be tiered according to annual membership giving levels. Per seat giving for premium seating at Doyt Perry Stadium is included in annual Falcon Club membership levels. For questions regarding Falcon Club membership, please call Director of the Falcon Club Chris Hawthorne at (419) 372-3589.
For those interested in additional premium seating options inside of Doyt Perry Stadium for the 2015 season, BGSU Athletics offers several options. To learn more about luxury suites or the Wood County Hospital Stadium Club, please call the BGSU Ticket Office at 419-372-0000.
