Carlos Jackson

Carlos Jackson, a football halfback and track performer from 1955-57, was an assistant football coach for the Falcons from 1968-74 until his untimely death by a heart attack on Nov. 14, 1974, two days before BG's football game at Southern Mississippi. A native of Fostoria, Jackson is the second man to be honored posthumously by the Athletic Hall of Fame. Bowling Green trainer Al Sawdy was the first.
Carlos Jackson was inducted into the BGSU Athletic Hall of Fame in 1977.
