Chuck Winters

Chuck Winters lettered three times in lacrosse, after originally coming to Bowling Green to play football. He had eight goals his junior season and 17 as a senior. He earned honorable-mention All-American as a senior, as the Falcons went 11-1. He was also co-captain his senior season.
Winter went on to a successful coaching career, while also serving as the secretary-rules editor of the NCAA Men's Lacrosse Rules Committee. In 2020, Winters was inducted into the IMLCA Hall of Fame. He was also inducted into the Ohio Lacrosse Association Hall of Fame in 2000 and in 2007 received the Lifetime Service Award.Â
Chuck Winters was inducted to the Ohio Lacrosse Hall of Fame in 200, and the BGSU Athletic Hall of Fame in 2004.
