Howard Komives

Howard Komives played for the Falcons from 1961-64, ranking third all-time in BGSU career scoring following the 2010-11 season. He led the team in scoring all three seasons he was a Falcon. His name is littered throughout BGSU's record book, and he is still the leader for points in a season at Bowling Green. Komives is fourth in the record books for all time scoring. He is also fourth in the record books for most points scored in a game which was 46.
Drafted by the New York Knicks, Komives played 10 seasons in the NBA.
Howard Komives was inducted to the BGSU Athletic Hall of Fame in 1970.
