Ken Walters is BG's lone All-American representative in men's golf. He was selected to the honorable mention squad in 1973 and 1974. BGSU's only four-time all-MAC pick, Walters was the medalist at the 1974 MAC Championships.
Walters was a tournament medalist twice in his career at BG, and his 41st place finish at the 1974 NCAA Tournament is one of the highest finishes in school history. His three career wins are the most in school history, upon the conclusion of his career. Walters helped drive the BGSU golf team furhter along, with his time here with the Falcons.Â
Ken Walters was inducted to the BGSU Athletic Hall of Fame in 1992.
