Kenneth Mollenkopf

Kenneth Mollenkopf came to BG in 1924 as a baseball and football star. He hit .386 for the 1925 baseball team, and won two awards following the 1925 and 1926 football seasons.
Mollenkopf went on to a coaching career, most notably at Purdue from 1956-1969, where he led Purdue to there first and only Rose Bowl win. Mollenkopf is also inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame.Â
Kenneth Mollenkopf was inducted to the BGSU Athletic Hall of Fame in 1965.
