Men's Swimmer Earns Conference Honor

Bowling Green redshirt freshman Ryan Golden (Washington, Mich./Adams) has been selected Mid-American Conference Male Swimmer of the Week.

Golden placed first in three individual events over the weekend. He finished first in the 1000 free (9:50.23), 500 free (4:45.24) and in the 200 free (1:47.98). Golden was also a member of two 200 free relay teams that finished third each time (1:31.08 and 1:33.66).

BG hosts Buffalo and Ball State this Saturday at Cooper Pool. Meet time is 1 p.m. with no admission charge to the meet.
