Ravenna, Ohio - The Bowling Green men's golf squad completed day one of play at the First Energy Collegiate tied for ninth in a 19-team field. The event, hosted by Kent State University, is scheduled for two rounds and is being held at the Windmill Lakes Golf Club in Ravenna, OH.
Individually, junior Justin Gillham (Perrysburg, OH) leads the Falcons after day one tied for 11th overall with a score of 73. Sophomores Adam Balls (Woodstock, Ontario) and Andy Miller (Delphos, OH) are next for BGSU tied for 33rd after shooting first round 75's. The Falcons return to action for day two of the event Saturday morning.
