Men's Track Finishes Seventh At All-Ohio

The Bowling Green State Men's Track team placed seventh at the All-Ohio Championships this past weekend at Ohio State. The team scored a total of 60 points, finishing ahead of Ohio University, Findlay, Central State and Youngstown State.
The Falcons earned two first place, two second place and two third place finishes over the weekend. Top performers for BG included junior Zerian Peterson, who placed first in the 400 meter dash with a time of 47.27. The second place finishers were freshmen Dean Coticchia and Andre George. Coticchia earned silver in the high jump with a mark of 2.10m while George placed second in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 53.34.
Also taking top honors from this weekend was the Men's 4x400 Meter Relay squad. Their time was an impressive 3:12.93.
The Falcons look ahead to the Western Michigan Quadrangular next Saturday, April 20 in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
