Track Has Impressive Showing At Hillsdale Relays

Hillsdale, Michigan - The Bowling Green State University track squad competed at the Hillsdale Relays in Hillsdale, Michigan over the weekend. Though no team scores were kept, several Falcons impressed at the relays.
With several of the top Falcon performers at the Drake Relays, other Falcons took advantage of the opportunity to compete. Namely, Amy Henry who finished first in the 100 meter hurdles with a time of 14.36. Henry also placed fourth in the 200 meter dash with a time of 25.17.
In the distance events Cydny Bostdorf finished the steeplechase in 11th place with a mark of 11:53.90. Elise Gould placed 15th in the 10,000 meters with a time of 39:14.98.
Alyson Lee was the top Falcon finisher in the throws. She finished seventh in the Javelin with a distance mark of 32.26 meters.
Katrina Kerns placed 16th in 1,500 meters with a time of 4:50.09, as well as 17th in the 800 meters with a time of 2:24.63. Christy Paine was the top Falcon performer in the 800 meters with a 10th place finish time of 2:21.92.
On the slate next for the Falcons is a May 2 date at Indianapolis, Indiana, where they will compete in the Butler Twi-Light.
