Falcons End Regular Season With A Loss to Miami

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - Three Falcons brought home top honors in the 185-115 loss to Miami University. The meet with the RedHawks captured the end of the regular season for the swimming and diving squad at Cooper Pool.
Senior Dan Schultz was the first to touch the wall in the 200 Butterfly with a time of 2:07.18 and narrowly edged out MU's Kathryn Stephens' 2:07.55. Schultz also took home a second place finish behind fellow Falcon Michael Carriaga in the 100 Fly.
Junior Caroline Keating's 5:03.69 in the 500 Free earned the Orange and Brown their third first place finish. Keating finished the day with a second in the 1000 Free also.
BGSU can now set their focus on the Mid-American Conference championships, which will be held in Akron, Ohio February 23-25.
