NASHPORT, Ohio -
For the third straight round the Bowling Green State University women's golf team improved their team score, firing a 339 on the final day of the MAC Championships, finishing with a 72-hole score of 1,401 (368-348-346-339). \
The Falcons were once again without sophomore Megan Bader, who missed the final 36 holes with an injury. The injury, like Saturday, gave the Falcons just four golfers on Sunday, meaning all four golfers' scores would count. Every other team at the MAC Championships played five golfers, counting their four best rounds.
Megan Gormley saved her best round for last, firing a 78 on Sunday afternoon. The junior finished the three-day event with a score of 342 (89-90-85-78), finishing in a tie for 34th.
Lauren Glew finished 38th with a score of 344 (89-81-85-89).
Rounding out the Falcon golfers were Marisa Glew, 356 (93-91-87-85, 42nd), Hannah Lambert 359, (97-86-89-87, T-43rd) and Megan Bader (97-91-WD-WD).
