Day One Results (36 Holes)
The Bowling Green State University women's golf team shot a 650 (327-323) through 36 holes of action on Saturday afternoon to sit in 13th at the EKU Colonel Classic in Richmond, Ky.
The top Falcon competitor is freshman Susy Grunden, who tied for seventh-place with a 36-hole score of 149 on Saturday. The freshman opened with a 73, which matches the BGSU record for lowest 18-hole score by a Falcon freshman (which Grunden owns) and put her in a tie for first after 18 holes.
She added a 76 in round two, which places her three shots behind the leaders with 18 holes to play.
