Falcons Roll Past Phase 1 To Conclude Canada Trip

Toronto, Canada - The Bowling Green State University men's basketball team concluded its Foreign Tour to Toronto with an 84-60 victory over Phase 1 Saturday night. The Falcons went 2-1 on the trip in preparation for the 2011-12 season.
A veteran Bowling Green team held Phase 1 (www.phase1basketball.com) scoreless from halftime until there were 2:40 left in the fourth quarter. Every player for Bowling Green scored in the contest.
Fans will get their first glimpse of the 2011-12 BGSU men's basketball team when the Falcons host Tiffin on Nov. 5 in an exhibition game. The Falcons will host Howard for the season opener and the first basketball game in the Stroh Center on Friday, Nov. 11 at 7 p.m.
