Men's Basketball Banquet To Take Place April 15

Bowling Green, Ohio - The Bowling Green State University men's basketball team will hold its annual awards banquet on Sunday, April 15 at the Bowen-Thompson Student Union Ballroom, beginning at 5 p.m.

The social gathering begins at 5 p.m. and dinner is served at 5:30. Seating is limited, so there is an April 6 deadline to reserve a seat. The cost of the event is $30 per person or $50 per couple. A table of 10 can be purchased for $270.

BGSU will honor the careers of seniors Dee Brown, Torian Oglesby, and Scott Thomas following a 16-16 season in 2012. The Falcons earned a bid to the CollegeInsider.com Tournament (CIT), making the postseason for the first time since the 2008-09 team competed in the National Invitation Tournament (NIT) in Brown and Thomas' freshman campaign.
