Welcome to the redesigned BGSUFalcons.com. After months of work with our web host SideArm Sports, BGSUFalcons.com has a whole new look and feel.
We've made a conscious effort to integrate social media more fully into the website, while we continue to provide fans with the most up-to-date information about BGSU Athletics possible.
From a social media standpoint, fans will see our most recent tweets from @BGAthletics and there are buttons to the right to quickly allow fans to visit our Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter pages, along with photo galleries, live audio, live video, live stats, text messaging, and e-newsletter services.
In our Fan Zone is a link to our new social media page, which will give fans opportunities to follow BGSU Athletics in a variety of ways.
Want to come to a game? We've made it easy to quickly purchase tickets through our Ticket Center, sponsored by Meijer, in the upper right hand corner of the page. Fans can also purchase tickets by clicking on Tickets in the main navigation just above the main headlines.
The main headlines box now serves three purposes. Along with providing fans with the 10 most recent stories, a tab for video pulls the most recent videos from our Falcon Athletics YouTube page. Next to the video tab is a calendar tab, providing fans with a quick rundown of BGSU's upcoming schedule and recent results. A variety of icons give fans the chance to quickly view live stats, video, and audio for any athletics event as it takes place.
To the right of our main headlines box is a new vertical scrolling box which will inform fans of the latest promotions and important happenings in BGSU Athletics.
Our main navigation bar has been streamlined as well. By scrolling over each navigation item (Sports, Inside BGSU, Falcon Club, Fan Zone, Tickets, Store, and Auctions), fans can find out everything they need to about BGSU Athletics. Under the sports tab, fans can quickly go to the main sport page by clicking on the sport name, or can go directly to that sport schedule, roster, stats, and archive through links located on the drop-down menu. Drop-down menus on Inside BGSU and Fan Zone give viewers a chance to get an inside glimpse of BGSU Athletics in a variety of ways.
Finally, at the very bottom of the page, fans will find our new sticky scoreboard. The scoreboard will be located at the bottom of your web browser wherever you are on BGSUFalcons.com and will provide fans with scores of recent contests and upcoming events, along with a way to quickly search BGSUFalcons.com.
