Crawford, Locigno Named Pizza Hut Athletes Of The Week

Each week, the Bowling Green State University Athletic Department names the Pizza Hut Athletes of the Week, as selected by the athletic communications department based on their athletic performances from the previous week. This week's winners are men's basketball player Jordon Crawford and gymnast Gina Locigno.
Male Athlete of the Week
Jordon Crawford, a senior from Cincinnati, Ohio, averaged 16 points and 6.5 assists per game as the BGSU men's basketball team defeated Kent State and lost to Toledo. Crawford had 12 points, six assists and four steals in a big midweek win over Kent State and followed that up with a team-high 20 points and seven assists at rival Toledo.
Female Athlete of the Week
Gina Locigno, a sophomore from Boca Raton, Fla., recorded career highs in three events to help BGSU gymnastics earn its first win over the season over Eastern Michigan. She posted scored of 9.775 on bars, 9.775 on beam and 9.8 on the floor. She earned top three overall finishes on both beam and floor.
