Lauren Prochaska Bobblehead Day Highlights Busy Sunday

BGSU's all-time leading scorer with 2,219 points to be honored during the day
Bowling Green, Ohio - Bowling Green State University Athletics will honor its women's basketball all-time leading scorer Sunday and give away Lauren Prochaska bobbleheads as the Falcons host Miami Sunday at 2 pm. Along with that, there will be a pair of Freddie and Frieda beheadings and an iPad Giveaway during a busy Sunday on campus.

BGSU women's basketball hosts Miami Sunday at 2 pm in the Stroh Center, while gymnastics hosts a critical meet with Central Michigan at the same time in Anderson Arena. The BGSU gymnastics team is currently 3-0 in MAC competition while CMU is also undefeated. At 6 pm, the BGSU men's basketball team will host Akron in the Stroh Center in a game televised live on TWC Sports.

At the women's basketball game, the first 500 fans will receive a Lauren Prochaska bobblehead as she is honored on the court. At halftime, the annual beheading of Freddie and Frieda will take place in the first of two of those ceremonies during the day.

Meanwhile, the BGSU gymnastics team will host its Pink Meet against Central Michigan and everyone who attends will get a free pink rally towel, courtesy of Kroger. The team will give away an iPad to one lucky student in attendance.
