2013 was a special year for the Bowling Green State University football program. Winning their first Mid-American Conference Championship since 1992, the Falcons finished the season at 10-4 with an appearance in the Little Caesars Pizza Bowl. But, with new head coach Dino Babers, the Falcons are primed to make 2014 even better. The first step towards a repeat of the MAC Championship took place on Monday morning, when the Falcons took to the practice fields to kick off the season. With it being the first day of practice, the team completed drills wearing helmets and shorts. After individual drills, the Falcons partook in several team and 7-on-7 sessions.
