Softball Falcons to Hold Alumni/Homecoming Event on Oct. 17

Come meet the softball team before heading to the Doyt to cheer on the football Falcons
The Bowling Green State University softball team will be holding an Alumni/Homecoming Tailgate event on Saturday, Oct. 17. The event will take place at Meserve Field.
Fans can meet the 2015-16 BGSU softball team while enjoying fun games, activities and more. Fans can enter a raffle to win prizes before venturing across Stadium Drive and over to Doyt L. Perry Stadium to watch the BGSU football team take on the University of Akron at 3:00 p.m. The softball Alumni/Homecoming Tailgate event will begin at 12:00 p.m. and continue right up until kickoff of the football game.Â
And, for only $50 for adults (and just $15 for kids), fans can purchase a package deal that includes a football ticket, parking pass, tailgate food, two drink tickets and entry into a raffle to win a BGSU softball jersey.
The following day, the softball Falcons will play an intrasquad scrimmage at Meserve Field, with game one beginning at 12:00 p.m.
