BGSU Athletics Update On Athletic Events In Response To Coronavirus

Bowling Green, Ohio - The Bowling Green State University Department of Athletics has announced the following changes to the athletic events schedule:
The Bowling Green State University Deparment of Athletics has announced that all BGSU athletic events through Saturday, March 14 will proceed as scheduled following an announcement by BGSU (CLICK HERE for information) regarding plans and protocols to slow down the spread of coronavirus.
UPDATE ON OHSAA BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT GAMES AT THE STROH CENTER
The only adjustment comes in regards to the Mid-American Conference Basketball Tournament in Cleveland. As announced earlier today, the MAC has instituted a restricted attendance policy (CLICK HERE for details). BGSU has also canceled all pregame festivities at City Tap in Cleveland in response to the change.
The Bowling Green tennis team will host Oakland Friday at 1:00 pm, while the BGSU gymnastics team will hold Senior Day Saturday when it hosts Northern Illinois at 2:00 pm.
The BGSU Athletics Department will continue to work with the President's Office to determine course of action for all athletic events following the weekend. Fans are encouraged to visit BGSUFalcons.com and/or follow @BGAthletics on Twitter regularly for the latest updates.

- The WCHA Tournament has been canceled.
- Friday's home tennis match has been canceled.
- Friday's men's soccer scrimmage has been canceled.
- Saturday's home gymnastics meet has been canceled.
- OHSAA games at the Stroh Center have been canceled.
- Men's golf invitational, March 13-14, in Arizona.
- Volleyball's Lil Falcons Clinics.
