Falcons within eight strokes of a top-five finish
Bluffton, South Carolina - The BGSU Men's Golf team concluded the first round of play today at the Colleton River Collegiate as play was suspended towards the end of round one due to darkness. The Falcons currently sit tied for 9th place and are within eight strokes of the top five. BGSU concluded day one with a score of 592.
It was a balanced attack for the Falcons on day one as Rodrigue Vie led the charge, currently sitting T-17th shooting even thus far for the tournament. Vie leads the Falcons with 8 birdies and a 3.95 scoring average on all Par 4s. Â
