BGSU ATHLETICS TICKETING HAS GONE MOBILE
Athletics Ticket Office to Utilize Mobile, Print-at-Home Options
Â
The BGSU Athletics Ticket Office is moving to a mobile and print at home format for season tickets and single game tickets. This transition will benefit Falcon fans in a variety of ways and allow convenient use of their tickets while being friendly to the environment at the same time.
Â
Fans will have instant access to their tickets whether they are at home, work or at the site of the game. There's no need to worry about losing of misplacing tickets, because your tickets are as close as your phone or laptop.
The new system will eliminate delivery fees. Fans can print their own tickets to bring to the game, or can simply keep the tickets on their phone to display when they arrive at the game. Technology will help eliminate waiting for tickets in the mail or in the line at will call.Â
Â
Can't make it to the game, or have an extra ticket? Fans can exchange a ticket for a future game, or can sell tickets through StubHub. Meeting a friend at the game? Falcon fans can easily transfer a ticket to that friend's phone.
Â
"We continue to work hard to innovate our customer service and the overall fan experience in order to provide the best possible return on investment to our loyal fans and visitors," said BGSU Senior Associate Athletics Director Kit Hughes. "In recent years, we have initiated new technology and efficiencies that have garnered positive feedback from students, fans and peers across the athletics landscape.
Â
"There are many positive impacts of this mobile transition that will make the customer experience more streamlined and nimble moving forward, while also furthering our commitment to environmental sustainability and fiscal responsibility. Our team is ready to serve and educate our fan base on these new processes and we look forward to working with our customers as we move forward together!"
