URBANA, Ill. – The Bowling Green State University tennis team concluded a weekend of competition at the 2021 Intercollegiate Tennis Association Midwest Regionals. Four Falcons (Florencia Fuentes, Maru Poppe, Ioanna Tsadari, Annika Vetter) won their opening round singles match, as did doubles pairs Karg/Silveira and Neuman/Tsadari. Selina Karg and Hannah Neuman reached the quarterfinals of the consolation singles bracket.

The Falcons will conclude the fall portion of their season at the Toledo Invitational. Hosted by the University of Toledo, the event will be held on Friday, Oct. 29, and Saturday, Oct. 30. BGSU will have a break before resuming the season with a dual at Notre Dame on Saturday, Jan. 15, 2022.
