Taylor Jensen Named MAC Gymnast of the Week

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – Bowling Green's Taylor Jensen was named the MAC Gymnast of the Week for meets competed through January 30. It is the first career weekly accolade for Taylor from the Mid-American Conference.
Taylor (Jr., North Prairie, Wisc.) won her second all-around of the year, tying her personal record at 39.350. The all-around score for Jensen is tied for the eighth-best in program history in the event. She also had the best vault score of the meet (9.875) and tied for the meet high on the floor (9.925). Jensen tied her career high on vault and set a new standard on floor, which is tied for ninth all-time in BGSU program history on the floor.
Bowling Green is back in action on Saturday when Illinois State comes to Anderson Arena for a dual meet. The first rotation starts at 2 p.m.
