October 22, 2025 | Gymnastics
BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green State University gymnastics program and head coach Brittney Emmons have announced the 2026 competition schedule, highlighted by five home meets and the MAC Championships, all inside the Stroh Center.
The Falcons open the season with two intrasquad meets. First with a Halloween Intrasquad on Saturday, Oct. 25, at 9:30 a.m., followed by the annual Orange & Brown Intrasquad on Saturday, Dec. 6, at 3 p.m. Both will be inside Anderson Arena, giving fans a first look at this year's team.
"I'm thrilled for what's ahead this season," said Emmons. "We have a strong home schedule and great travel opportunities that will challenge our team and prepare us for March. Hosting the MAC Championships inside the Stroh Center is a tremendous honor and something we're very excited about. This group has worked incredibly hard, and I can't wait for our fans to see that energy and passion on display."
The home meets are against Eastern Michigan (Jan. 11), Wilberforce and Fisk (Feb. 8), Northern Illinois (Feb. 15), Central Michigan (Feb. 22), and Centenary (March 15).
The road meets are at Ball State (Jan. 18), at Cornell with West Chester and Brockport (Jan. 25), at Western Michigan (Feb. 1), at Southeast Missouri and Simpson College (Feb. 6), at Kent State (March 1), and at New Hampshire with George Washington (March 8).
The MAC Championships will be held at the Stroh Center on Saturday, March 21, marking the first time since 2018 that Bowling Green has hosted the event.
